Prior to joining the Greyrock Principals in 1996, Stephen held positions at GE Capital, Barclay's Bank and Citicorp for the preceding 9 years where he focused on senior and mezzanine debt. From 1983 to 1987 he worked for Price Waterhouse where he obtained his CPA. Stephen received his undergraduate degree and MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California at Berkeley, where he has been a Finance Lecturer for the past 10 years. Stephen is a member of Board of Directors for the San Francisco Giants Community Fund and currently serves as a Trustee on the University of California Berkeley Foundation.
