Prior to joining the Greyrock Principals in 1998, Mark worked in both commercial and investment banking from 1991 to 1997, holding positions with Bear, Stearns & Co. in San Francisco and PaineWebber in New York. Over his career, Mark has held roles in the origination, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management of senior and mezzanine investments in middle-market leveraged transactions. Mark holds a B.A. in History from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
