Prior to joining the Greyrock Principals in 1997, Tracy worked for Heller Financial from 1986 to 1997 originating, structuring and underwriting senior and mezzanine leveraged financings for middle-market companies. Tracy holds a BBA in Finance with a concentration in accounting, from the University of Iowa.
